For all returns/refunds, simply send us your original product (if mailed) in its original condition using a traceable method of delivery (e.g. Registered Mail), your proof of purchase (original invoice or a clear photocopy). If you care to provide feedback on why you are returning it so that we can improve our products, it would be appreciated however is not necessary.

Your return will be processed and you can expect a refund within ten business days of the return.

*Note: There are no refunds on Payment Coupon Paper as it cannot be resold. There are no refunds on monthly subscriptions. If you cancel your monthly subscription, it will take effect the next billing period (you will not be billed again after you cancel). You may continue to use your software until the start of the next billing period. Annual subscription refunds will be pro-rated to the start of the next billing month, and any unused full months will be refunded.
